What we collect

Two kinds of information, and nothing else.

What you give us
Your name, email address, organization, and whatever you write in a form or booking field. This happens only when you fill out the contact form or book a consultation.
What your browser reports
Pages viewed, time on page, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, and general device and browser type. This is aggregate analytics. We do not build a profile against your name.

We do not collect payment details on this site, we do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell or rent anything we collect.

Why we collect it

  • To answer you when you ask us something.
  • To schedule and prepare for a consultation you booked.
  • To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.
  • To measure whether our advertising is working.

If you become a client, information you share during the engagement is governed by our services agreement, not by this page.

Who processes it

We use a small number of third-party services. Each one holds only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy terms.

HubSpot
Forms, scheduling, and our CRM. Anything you submit or book goes here.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Aggregate site analytics and tag delivery.
Google Ads
Conversion measurement for our advertising.
Vercel
Hosting and content delivery for this site and the Base X-Ray. Vercel processes request data as part of serving them securely.

Cookies

This site sets cookies for analytics, advertising measurement, and remembering form state. None of them are required to read the site. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and everything except form convenience will keep working.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and booking records stay in our CRM for as long as there is an active or plausible business relationship, and are removed on request. Analytics data follows the retention window configured in Google Analytics.

Base X-Ray

The Base X-Ray is a free tool that checks the structure of an Airtable base. It works differently from the rest of this site, so it has its own rules.

  • Airtable asks you to approve access and lets you choose which bases to share. The X-Ray requests one permission, schema.bases:read, which covers table and field definitions only. It cannot read, change, or delete your records.
  • The access token Airtable issues is used once to build your report and then discarded. We do not store it.
  • We do not store your bases' structure or your report. The report exists only in your browser.
  • For each scan we keep anonymous totals: the score, the number of tables and fields, and which checks flagged something. These contain no base, table or field names and nothing that identifies you or your organization. We use them to improve the checks and to publish aggregate statistics.
  • The scan sets one cookie that expires after 10 minutes. It secures the Airtable sign-in and holds no personal information. The X-Ray's landing and sample pages use the same analytics as this site; the report pages do not.
  • You can revoke the X-Ray's access at any time from the integrations settings in your Airtable account.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email us and we'll do it. We don't require a specific form or a legal basis from you to honor a deletion request.

If you are in the EEA or UK, the legal bases we rely on are consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and legitimate interest for responding to an enquiry you initiated. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
