What we collect

Two kinds of information, and nothing else.

What you give us
Your name, email address, organization, and whatever you write in a form or booking field. This happens only when you fill out the contact form or book a consultation.
What your browser reports
Pages viewed, time on page, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, and general device and browser type. This is aggregate analytics — we do not build a profile against your name.

We do not collect payment details on this site, we do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell or rent anything we collect.

Why we collect it

  • To answer you when you ask us something.
  • To schedule and prepare for a consultation you booked.
  • To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.
  • To measure whether our advertising is working.

If you become a client, information you share during the engagement is governed by our services agreement, not by this page.

Who processes it

We use a small number of third-party services. Each one holds only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy terms.

HubSpot
Forms, scheduling, and our CRM. Anything you submit or book goes here.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Aggregate site analytics and tag delivery.
Google Ads
Conversion measurement for our advertising.
Cloudflare
Hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare processes request data as part of serving the site securely.

Cookies

This site sets cookies for analytics, advertising measurement, and remembering form state. None of them are required to read the site — you can block or clear cookies in your browser and everything except form convenience will keep working.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records stay in our CRM for as long as there is an active or plausible business relationship, and are removed on request. Analytics data follows the retention window configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email us and we'll do it — we don't require a specific form or a legal basis from you to honour a deletion request.

If you are in the EEA or UK, the legal bases we rely on are consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and legitimate interest for responding to an enquiry you initiated. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
