Time is the only thing that can't be made again.
Every hour someone spends fighting a broken system — chasing a paper trail, rebuilding a report by hand, waiting on a process that should have been automated years ago — is an hour they don't get back. Not spent with their kids. Not spent making something. We think that's worth being angry about.
The world already has enough technology to free people. What it lacks is the will to deploy it for everyone — not only the companies that can afford a global consultancy, not only the teams with a six-figure software budget and a mandate from the top.
The program director serving ten thousand people with a team of three. The operations lead holding critical infrastructure together on personal effort alone. Carnegie Mellon engineering, then management consulting at Accenture. Fourteen years building operational systems — five of them running Park West Digital, and the rest inside organizations large enough to have every tool and still not know where anything stood.
The pattern was the same everywhere. Most organizations aren't running on systems that were designed; they're running on systems that were improvised. A spreadsheet here, a shared inbox there, a process that lives in one person's head because nobody ever wrote it down. It works until it doesn't — and when it breaks, it breaks expensively. Diagnosis before capability
We won't tell you what we'd build until we understand what's actually breaking. A good share of what looks like a tool problem is a handoff problem, and a new tool makes a handoff problem worse, faster.
The tool is not the point
Most of what we build runs on Airtable, with automation layered in where the handoffs are. That's a means. The point is an organization that can do more with less, move faster, and stop depending on any one person to hold it all together.

We say no
If we can't see specifically how we'd make your operation better, we tell you that on the first call instead of scoping something plausible. A bad fit costs you a quarter and costs us a reference.
